Technological Breakfasts

Last Thursday 23rd September at 09.00h the IV Virtual Conference of the Technological Breakfasts was held, in which IDEPA collaborates.

This time the topic of sensors, embedded systems and IOT was addressed by the Asincar and Polo del Acero clusters.

Through different presentations, the topics on the agenda were covered, talking about photonic sensors in the food industry, by the laboratory director of Asincar, Pelayo González.

The case of the sensorisation of the dairy production process was presented by its manager, Alberto Díez de Tejada, from Dulcegrado SL.

Alain Mora, from Ecubo, as well as Olaya Muñoz and Jorge Blanco closed the agri-food industry block, talking about intelligent energy management and IOT systems for the agri-food industry respectively.

 

The next block was in charge of Polo del Acero. Presented by Daniel Fernández, cluster manager of Polo del Acero, the Sensacero project was presented, in which Hiasa – Gonvarri participated, as well as the main lines of activity and sensor technology projects carried out by the cluster.
