They are a private research and testing center for materials with long history and strong connection with industrial sector within Czech Republic and other countries.
They can test or be participant to a development of metal and plastic materials of various type. Their specialty are high-performance metal alloys/composites/coatings for energy sector with focus on high-temperature corrosion, creep, and mechanical properties (fatigue, thermal fatigue etc.)– nickel-based alloys, claddings, hot sprayed coatings etc.
They can also offer mechanical testing of bigger components as a railway parts, big components, or natural gas/hydrogen pipelines.
They are able to conduct long term exposure tests up to 1200 °C in model atmospheres (including aggressive species as HCl, Cl, SO2 as well as clean gases as H2, N2, He…) and evaluate corrosion or structural changes after tests using modern imaging methods – 3D microscope, SEM/EDS, EMPA.
They have also great experience and production capacity of modern special fluoroplastic based coatings for high end application. Same applies for patented composite materials with unique properties – METALOPL.AST® /METALOFLON® – self-lubricating bearing foil. All combined with capability of testing plastic materials in terms of mechanical and chemical stability.
They have experience with FP programs, Horizon 2020, EUREKA, and other frameworks. They have strong cooperation with Czech industrial partners that are capable to join possible consortium.
