The Cluster Centre is delighted to be joined by Madeline Smith, Head of Strategy at the Innovation School, Glasgow School of Art, at 10:30am (11:30 am Spain) on the 3rd of February for our session “Measuring and Evidencing Value in Clusters”.
Madeline will discuss challenges and approaches to evaluating programme success, while providing proven methods to evidence value and performance in clusters and collaborative endeavours. Benchmarking and evaluation provide clusters with tools to identify core competencies and areas in need of improvement or change. This session will fortify your organisation’s ability to evaluate programmes and projects going forward, and will be comprised of a presentation followed by Q&A.
Madeline brings extensive experience in strategy, evaluation, and innovation in the cluster space. In addition to her role at GSA, Madeline is the Director of SmithKelvin, a consultancy specialising in strategy and evaluation for clusters, and she is also the project lead for TCI’s international working group on cluster evaluation.
